EMI/EMC
DO-160 or MIL-STD-461
Convergence has officially finalized the acquisition of
"EMC Consulting" from David Weston, along with equipment/procedures/EMI chamber. (9K-26.5GHz)
With the new business, we are able to complete pre-qualification testing and EMI/EMC engineering debugging with a focus on DO-160 or MIL-STD-461 (Conducted, Radiated, Susceptibility).
David remains a consultant at Convergence and has begun the extensive training of our engineers in the art of all things EMC.
No longer will our customers have to pay thousands of dollars a day for expensive debugging at the formal test labs. Included in our engineering fees is the utilization of all our equipment/knowledge.
