I officially stepped out of my comfort zone today. For my entire career, I have been a 9-5 employee but today I transition to a full time entrepreneur. I have always had the stability of working for great companies in the engineering field in telecom (JDSU) , aerospace (Honeywell / CurtissWight), and consumer electronics, but I felt something was always missing. Over the last couple of years I have had an internal desire to create both a company and brand. Today is the day I step up and lead my own engineering team. To inspire, lead and create a great working environment. This has been a difficult decision for me as a family man with 2 small children to support. Luckily, I have been blessed to have an executive team, that back my skills as a leader, designer and visionary, to make this dream a reality.
